However, prior to booking please read the following conditions as the $800 deposit is not refundable and additional terms and conditions may apply.
Deposit:
A nonrefundable deposit of $800 per person is required to confirm your reservation. Reservations will not be held until a deposit is received and is subject to availability.

1st Payment is Due no later than 30 October & will be half of Balance due minus Booking Deposit.

Final balance is due by 01 February, 2020.

After 01 January, 2020 ALL NEW BOOKINGS MUST BE PAID IN FULL WHEN BOOKING

Byways & Backroads of Eire reserves the right to cancel any booking if final payment is not received by the due date.

Cancellation:
Byways & Backroads of Eire must receive written notification of cancellation, signed by the signatory on the Booking Form, as soon as possible after initial notification by phone. Cancellations are effective on the day written notification is received by Byways & Backroads of Eire
Upon receipt of written notification of cancellation,
Byways & Backroads of Eire will retain:

Outside 120 days prior to arrival date $500.00 per person*
119 - 90 days prior to arrival date 25% of total land package*
89 - 60 days prior to arrival date 50% of total land package*
59 - 30 days prior to arrival date 75% of total land package*
Within 29 days of arrival date 100% of total land package*

*$800 booking deposit is non-refundable and is retained in addition to the listed fees
Once the tour has started, no refunds will be made under any circumstances for any unused sectors or sections plus any non-refundable deposits made
Travel Insurance
Byways & Backroads of Eire takes no responsibility for delayed airlines and missing the tour's start, lost baggage, or any injuries that may occur while on tour.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellation fees, airline tickets, and medical expenses. You are usually given an option to purchase insurance when purchasing your airline tickets
If the reason for the client’s cancellation is covered by the client’s insurance policy, the client may be able to make a claim under that policy
